Main Responsibilities:
Personalised Support: Provide one-to-one support to help students identify career goals, develop job-search strategies, and enhance employability skills.
Career Planning: Assist students in creating tailored career plans aligned with their interests and strengths.
Job Placement: Collaborate with local employers to secure job placements, internships, and work experience opportunities.
Education Delivery: Plan, deliver, and assess employment education on topics such as CV writing, interview techniques, job applications, and workplace expectations.
Progress Monitoring: Track student progress, offering ongoing support and adjustments as needed.
Employer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with employers, advocating for students and interns.
Resource Development: Create and update job search resources and materials.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
Collaboration: Work with college staff to provide a holistic approach to career development.
