We’re looking for a School Liaison and Marketing Officer.

If you’re a creative communicator with a flair for marketing and social media, and you're ready to use those skills to engage students, schools, and communities, we want to hear from you!

The post holder will play a key role in promoting Creating Tomorrow College to prospective students, schools, and the wider community. The role will include leading on student recruitment activities and managing our marketing and outreach efforts. This will involve working across all campuses, developing relationships with feeder schools, attending events, and producing marketing materials that reflect our unique offer. You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure a consistent and engaging brand presence.

The post holder will need to be proactive, organised, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. You should have excellent communication skills and the confidence to represent the college in a variety of settings, including school visits, careers events, and open days. An understanding of the local education landscape and experience in marketing, liaison, or student recruitment will be an advantage but not essential to start with.
