Join Our Team – Wellbeing & Engagement Coach

Creating Tomorrow College is looking for a passionate and empathetic Wellbeing & Engagement Coach to support our inspiring learners with SEND in achieving their full potential.

In this rewarding role, you’ll provide pastoral support,deliver well-being sessions, and help students overcome barriers to learning. You’ll work closely with staff, families, and external agencies to create a holistic support network—empowering students to build confidence, resilience, and meaningful pathways into employment.

Location: Multi-campus (travel required with millage paid)

Contract: Term-time (39 weeks), 37 hours per week

Salary: £26,824 – £28,598 FTE

Closing date : 30th June

Interviews: w/c 6th July 

We’re looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a caring approach, and experience supporting young people with SEND.
