We are seeking to recruit a motivational and talented Head of English and maths. You will have outstanding leadership skills and appropriate experience to lead and deliver to English and maths at all levels.
You will be responsible for the quality of curriculum delivery and development and be able to work strategically to motivate at the highest level. You will work collaboratively with the Head of School, and other staff, to ensure that our students have a high-quality learning experience, leading to excellent outcomes and progression.
You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high levels of professionalism and a good knowledge of English and maths national policies.
A teaching qualification together with a relevant degree, or appropriate higher level qualification is essential, together with extensive successful teaching and management experience. You will be required to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, and be committed to the professional development of yourself, and others, to deliver outstanding results.
