We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and flexible lecturer, with excellent interpersonal skills, to teach, assess and tutor learners aged 15-18 from pre entry to level 1. You should have a strong background in teaching ESOL to unaccompanied asylum seekers and/or refugees between the ages of 15 and 18 and also possess a clear understanding of current and future curriculum developments within this area.

We offer our staff and students state-of-the art facilities and are located right in the heart of Croydon with excellent transport links.

You will maintain robust management systems and processes and ensure outstanding practice in key areas such as safeguarding, equality and diversity and health and safety.

A teaching qualification (DTTLS or equivalent) together with a relevant degree, or appropriate higher level qualification is essential, together with relevant experience with this age group. You will be required to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, and be committed to your professional development to deliver outstanding results. A CELTA or equivalent is desirable.

Literacy and Numeracy, at or above Level 2, is also required.
