As our Careers Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading the Careers team and providing a range of careers support and activities across both our Croydon and Coulsdon campuses, supporting our work to achieve the Gatsby Benchmarks, and preparing young people for future choices in education, training and employment.
With your background of similar work within the FE sector, you will use your experience to ensure the careers service provides outstanding 1:1 and group IAG, as well as a range of aspirational careers and progression activities throughout the year.
As part of our Student Services department, you would be joining a motivated and experienced student focused team who are collaborative and proactive in their approach to raising aspirations and supporting students to identify and achieve their career goals.
Applicants must hold a Level 6 CEIAG qualification, and have recent relevant experience in a similar field.
