Salary: CSET 9, £26,421 prorated, £21,497 prorated
Hours: 35 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (TTO + INSET)

About the role
We strongly believe that in order to change behaviours we need to understand the root cause, so you’ll be carrying out 1-2-1 support and identifying and implementing mentoring plans. You’ll get the opportunity to give dedicated time to students to help improve their self esteem, confidence, behaviour and attitude.
About you
You’ll need to be able to work independently and think on your feet. The right candidate will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to demonstrate resilience. Ideally you will hold NVQ Level 3 Learning Development and Support Services or equivalent or extensive relevant experience in a similar or related post.
