About the job …
Our Community Services provide sport facilities including astro turf and 3G pitches, outdoor courts, sports halls, studios and halls to local clubs in our communities. As a Leisure Assistant you will be on hand to ensure that our facilities are prepared and that each booking runs smoothly with any queries dealt with effectively. This is a commercial venture and is a revenue stream for the Trust but it also plays a vital role in building links with the local community by partnering with different groups enabling them to access our facilities.
Shifts typically run between 5pm-10.30pm during the week and at various times over the weekend, with potential for further hours during school holidays.
About you …
Experience of working in a similar role would be helpful but not essential, but an interest in sport, exceptional customer service, an eye for detail and organisational skills will be! You will need to be flexible, have great communication skills and be confident in using your own initiative.
