CWA are excited to be introducing a brand new for 2025/26 a Level 2 Photography course at our King’s Lynn campus. Due to continued growth in student numbers and interest we are widening our curriculum offer.

This is a rare opportunity to join our Creative Arts team to deliver Photography at level 2 and level 3 at our Kings Lynn campus. Here at CWA we are proud to boast high quality facilities to allow our students to flourish creatively and academically. We have a Photography studio, darkroom and dedicated learning spaces giving students the space and tools they need to thrive. Each year we showcase our student’s success with an end of year exhibition.

Hours will mainly be worked on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in line with the timetable, however there is scope for further hours on other days, by agreement.

You must hold at least a level 3 qualification in photography or a related field, however teaching and industry experience is not essential. You must be passionate about further education and an interest in working with and inspiring young people.

We are a successful, community-focused FE College based in the East of England. We have a long-standing Photography department and the department has grown from strength to strength. We offer an incredible training package and a chance to work within tight knit and supportive teams.

Please note that your point on the salary scale will be determined based on both experience and teaching qualifications. Appointments will not normally be made at point 10 or above (£32,384 FTE) without a level 5 teaching qualification and experience.
