JOB TITLE: Teaching Support Officer (Fashion Design/Art & Design)
LOCATION: King's Lynn
HOURS: 22.5 hours per week (38 weeks per year - term-time plus two weeks)
SALARY: £12,828 - £12,934 per annum (£24,092 - £24,292 FTE)
Our Teaching Support Officers provide our learners and staff across our fashion and art and design courses with support in studios through ensuring that resources and equipment are properly maintained and well-stocked, supporting practical activities and preparing teaching resources. These are varied roles which are invaluable in ensuring that teaching sessions run smoothly and help our learners to achieve their full potential as well as creating and maintaining inspiring displays to showcase learners work.
We are a successful, community-focused FE College based in the East of England. We have a thriving Art and Design department and in recent years, the department has grown from strength to strength. This role will be predominantly based within the Fashion department, however with a range of different course disciplines and facilities the work will be varied and require flexibility within the day to day routine.
