About the Role:

As an Employer Engagement Officer, you will play a pivotal role in working with local employers to build and maintain strong relationships. In this role, you will have the chance to collaborate with both employers and individuals to generate commercial income while meeting set targets. Additionally, you will focus on increasing enrolments to funded courses and creating bespoke training packages tailored to meet specific industry needs. Engaging with employers to address the priority sectors of the Cardiff Capital Region will be a key aspect of this role. This will involve creating new courses that not only generate commercial income for the College but also align with the region's strategic priorities.

Further Information:

Staff employed at Coleg y Cymoedd will have responsibility for the safeguarding and for the promoting the welfare of learner.

Undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required by the College, either at your principal place of work or other College premises, commensurate with the grade and responsibilities of the role.
