The post-holder will work to source work experience and T-Level placements for learners and be part of the wider Marketing and Engagement team.
The Engagement Coach will
1) Work with employers to discuss the benefits of work placement, community projects and T-Levels
2) Work with students to source placements relating to their area of study
3) Maintain good relationships with employers and students to ensure successful completion of work placements
4) Liaise with curriculum teams to input reviews of students on placement
5) Acting at all times as an advocate for the College

•Include opportunities in the curriculum for students to develop the skills they need to recognise and stay safe from abuse
