Derby College Group (DCG) are looking for an experienced Apprenticeship Manager to oversee the apprenticeship provision, with a specific focus on Auditing and Compliance. In this role you will work closely with the Director of Data and BI and join our dedicated compliance team based at our modern office space at the Ilkeston Campus.

The Opportunity

You will manage the processes and procedures in operation across the apprenticeship provision, reviewing and updating as required in line with internal operational changes and external funding and audit requirements. You will act as the College’s main point of contact for all internal and external levy related queries, ensuring changes to the levy funding requirements are communicated in a timely manner to all relevant parties.

About you

You will have experience working withing apprenticeships and funding within the Further Education sector and managing a team covering a variety of projects. You will have good understanding of ESFA funding methodology and an awareness of apprenticeship reforms. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with the capacity to inspire confidence in others. A management qualification is desirable, but not essential to be considered for the role.
