Derby College Group (DCG) are recruiting an Information Resource Technologist to join our Libraries team on a permanent basis to provide an excellent customer experience to library users, including students and staff. This is a vital role in offering a wide range of support such as directing students to appropriate information sources, operating the enquiry counter, basic IT support and delivering workshops and training about library services. We have a brilliant team of Information Resource Technologists working across our College sites and we’re looking for a positive and proactive team member to join us.

About you

You will have great customer service skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will also have excellent organisation and communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to solve problems are also skills that will help you succeed in this role.
