About the Candidate

We are looking for an Data Operator who is friendly, proactive, and organised — someone who communicates clearly and takes pride in supporting others. This role requires patience, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to helping every learner feel welcome and informed from the very start of their journey with us.

About the Role

  • To help with an expanding team in a busy office. The role involves Data Input and General Admin Tasks.
  • We ask that you have excellent customer service and administration skills, are a good team player, a quick learner, and able to offer an outstanding service to our students and stakeholders.

  • Process Completions and Withdrawals
  • Work closely with other Team Members and the wider Team

Qualifications

  • GCSE English and Maths A* - C Grades
  • Level 3 Business Admin
  • Proficient IT skills

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Experience of working in a customer focussed environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to represent the College Group
  • Excellent attention to detail
