At Esher Sixth Form College, we are looking for a motivated and proactive HR Administrator to join our friendly, supportive team, working mornings. This is an exciting role that will give you exposure to every area of HR, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, payroll and pensions, wellbeing, and policy development.

The post is term time role (39 weeks) and has an amazing 13 weeks of holiday. This part-time post is to be worked across 5 days. Working hours for this role are 21 hours per week. 8.30am -12.45pm daily, term time only. Please talk to us if you would like us to consider an alternative work pattern.
