Eteach is seeking an experienced PA & Office Manager to become an integral part of our Head office team in Bracknell and be part of our exciting journey and continued growth.
In this role, you will support the Senior Leadership Team, including the CEO and Managing Director.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience and be highly organised, thriving in a fast-paced office environment.
Job description
- Provide comprehensive, high-level PA support to the Managing Director and other members of the senior leadership team.
- Manage diaries, organise internal and external meetings, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Manage the company car fleet.
- Handle confidential correspondence and communications on behalf of the Directors.
- Prepare, format, and proofread reports, emails, and documentation for internal and external use.
- Arrange monthly senior management and quarterly board meetings, including preparation of board packs, agendas, and accurate minute-taking.
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring a well-organised and efficient working environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for building management, landlords, and suppliers.
- Manage office budgets, supplies, service contracts, and any facility-related issues.
- Support health and safety compliance, including policies, procedures, and audits.
- Lead on organising internal events, staff meetings, and company-wide communications.
- Assist in the preparation of bids, tenders, and business proposals in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Create professional presentations, reports, and client-facing documentation as required.
- Support the coordination of both internal and external meetings and events, including logistics, catering, and materials.
- Act as a trusted liaison between Directors and staff, promoting a positive and efficient workplace culture.
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years of PA experience at the Director/Board level.
- You take initiative and can handle tasks autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Able to adapt to a fast-moving environment.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of social media platforms.
- You handle confidential information with the utmost care and professionalism
