KS1 Class Teacher
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Year 1/2 students in accordance with the national curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic growth and personal development.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians, colleagues, and school leadership regarding student progress and any concerns.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and other school-related activities as required.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
