Job Title: Nursery Practitioner

Salary: £11.75 per hour

Reporting to: Head of Nursery
Purpose:
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in nurturing the growth and development of children aged 2 to 3, fostering a love for learning, curiosity, and a sense of wonder. You will be instrumental in laying the foundation for their future success, ensuring they thrive in our nurturing learning environment. Working closely with a dynamic team, your aim will be to inspire children through magical and enriching experiences, fostering their unique qualities to help them become the best they can be.
Qualifications:
Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification required.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care for children aged 2 to 3.
Implement daily routines and activities within the nursery class, fostering a stimulating and engaging environment for learning.
Collaborate effectively with other members of the nursery team, contributing to a cohesive and innovative environment.
Develop positive relationships with parents/carers, maintaining open communication during drop-off and pick-up times.

Conditions of Service:
This is a full-time, year-round position with 40 hours per week. The nursery operates from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Flexibility regarding hours of work can be discussed during the interview to accommodate individual needs.
