Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Class Teacher to join our team. As an integral member of our school community, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality education tailored to the unique needs of our students. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate effectively with colleagues to create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.

Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students with social, emotional, and mental health needs.

Utilize creative teaching strategies and resources to promote active learning and foster students' academic and personal growth.

Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies to support students' social and emotional development.

Assess students' progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.

Work closely with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure holistic support for students' well-being and academic success.

Qualifications and Skills:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.

Experience working with children with social, emotional, and mental health needs is desirable but not essential.

Proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork and school improvement initiatives.

Passion for teaching and learning, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
