SEN Teaching Assistants needed in Berkshire.
We are currently looking for experienced Teaching Assistants to support in our specialist schools and units across Berkshire ( Ascot, Bracknell, Wokingham, Reading, Windsor, Slough, Maidenhead & close surrounding areas) working with children with special educational needs such as ASC, ADHD, MLD, and Physical disabilities. Working hours are during school hours Monday to Friday.
Job Duties:
- Assist Teachers in Implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies for students with special education needs (SEN)
- Provide one–on–one support to students with SEN in their learning activities.
- Organise and maintain classroom resources and materials.
- Monitor and track student progress and behaviour.
