What you’ll be doing

You'll support students with learning/emotional difficulties, helping them thrive in the classroom and become more independent. Some students may need one-on-one support, while others will benefit from small group sessions. If you're happy to help with personal care and/or physical support, we’d especially love to hear from you.

What you’ll need

  • GCSEs in Maths & English (Grade 4/C or above)
  • A positive, patient, and caring approach
  • A desire to empower and support young people


What hours will I work?

Our roles are term-time only, meaning you are guaranteed 13 weeks’ holiday every year. Whether you’re looking for part-time work or flexible hours, we can help you find a schedule that fits. Our contracts range from 18 – 30 hours per week, with lessons timetabled from 8:30am to 4:40 pm.
