Are you ready to make a difference in an organisation where ambition, collaboration, and innovation drive every decision?
About the role:
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and forward-thinking Trust Data Manager who can place data at the heart of school improvement. This role is to provide comprehensive data management and reporting services; however, it is about more than managing numbers – it is about transforming how data drives decision making in our Trust.
We want someone who can deliver sharp, timely insights and develop innovative ways to share and interpret data for diverse audiences. They will lead the creation of modern, commercially polished overviews that make data meaningful and actionable, helping us to shape practice across the Trust. A key part of this role will be to build a collaborative network with in-school data leads, supporting and enhancing their work at a local level. The successful candidate will act as the Deputy Data Protection Officer for the Trust. Experience with Arbor or a similar MIS platform is essential, along with the ability to learn and maximise its potential.
This post is permanent, 37 hours per week and a full-year contract (all year round). This role reports to the Director of Curriculum and Learning with strong links to leaders of the Trust and its individual schools. There are school-based data teams who execute the operational data function in the Trust. The role will be based in one of the schools in the Trust and involve regular travel to all the other schools.
