FINANCE ASSISTANT – PART TIME (22 HOURS PER WEEK) – TERM TIME ONLY
We are seeking a motivated, detail oriented and professional individual to join our Finance Team as a Finance Assistant. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for finance and excellent organisational skills who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the College’s finance support programme by managing a range of financial transactions, including student financial transactions, as well as processing entries for purchase, sales, and nominal ledgers in line with the College’s financial regulations.
A good standard of English and Maths and computer literacy is essential, part AAT qualified or willing to work towards this is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and customer service skills are critical for this role, alongside a strong work ethic and attention to detail. The successful candidate will have the ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships with all customers.
The working hours for this role are Wednesday & Thursday 8.00am to 4.30pm and Friday 8.00am to 2pm
The salary range for this role is in line with the Sixth Form Colleges Support Staff Pay, Spine Points 6 – (£23,162) full time equivalent. As this role is part time term time only the actual salary is £11,727.24 per annum.
