Franklin Sixth Form College is a thriving, successful sixth form college serving North East Lincolnshire and the surrounding rural and coastal area, with around 1,400 full-time 16-18 and 600 part-time adult students. Adult Learning – Specialist Learning Support Assistant – Sessional 

The College is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic individual to work within our Adult Learning Team. You will play an active role in assisting teaching staff and thus support the learning of all students, primarily those with additional educational and support needs of adult learners.

The successful candidate must have experience of working with students with additional needs in an educational setting. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have a good standard of ICT/Maths and English skills.

The hours for the role are on a sessional basis and are varied in accordance with the Adult Learning team learning support requirements.

The hourly rate for this role is £12.97 per hour.  This hourly rate is in line with the Sixth Form College support pay scale - point 5 and is inclusive of 12.07% holiday calculation.
