We want to hear from you if you are a committed, highly motivated Teacher of IT and Computer Science. This is an exciting post for a full-time teacher who is passionate about their subject and is looking to progress into a subject leader role or is already experienced as a subject lead. The ideal candidate will have the ability to deliver a wide range of subjects to both GCSE and A Level students. This is an outstanding opportunity to broaden your subject knowledge and gain experience across KS4 and KS5. The appointed candidate will continue to increase attainment at all key stages and further enhance the provision for students. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious future senior leader.
A key part of this role is the co-ordination of our AIM programme which supports our gifted and talented students across the College. This is an important part of our inclusion curriculum package for our more able students which currently includes a programme of visiting lectures, trips (national and international), mentoring, interview prep and differentiation in the classroom. We offer a very generous time remission for this work.
