You’ll lead and manage premises teams across a diverse mix of primary and secondary schools, ensuring health and safety compliance, overseeing maintenance and capital projects, and contributing to the strategic development of our Trust-wide Estates vision. Your Opportunity
The successful candidate will oversee premises teams, ensure health and safety compliance, manage maintenance and capital projects, and contribute to the strategic development of our Trust-wide Estates vision. What we are looking for
- Health and Safety qualification (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent)
- Fire Safety qualification (desirable)
- Project Management qualification (desirable)
- Minimum 2 years managing Health and Safety compliance in a busy public environment
- Minimum 2 years managing maintenance, building works, capital projects, and contractors
- Proven experience managing and developing teams to meet strategic goals
- Strong understanding of statutory compliance and best practices
- Good knowledge of building construction, services, and systems
- Proficient IT skills, including use of compliance or FM monitoring systems

Salary: GLF Associate Leadership 1 - £46,957
Location: The Beacon School, Banstead / Hybrid / Visits to schools in South & East regions.
Contract type: Permanent, 36hrs per week - full time.
Start Date: ASAP
