Lime Tree Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Teacher to join our dedicated Early Years team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape young minds during a crucial stage of development, delivering a creative and nurturing learning environment where every child can flourish. Your Opportunity

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning in the Early Years, planning engaging lessons, tracking progress, and supporting the wider development and well-being of every child. As part of a collaborative team, you’ll also contribute to whole-school improvement and benefit from ongoing professional development in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

What we are looking for

  • Qualified Teacher/Early Years Teacher Status (or equivalent Level 6 qualification)
  • Proven experience as a good or outstanding Early Years teacher, ideally in a Nursery setting
  • Strong understanding of using data to inform planning and improve outcomes
  • Confident in delivering high-quality, engaging learning using ICT and cross-curricular approaches
  • Experience supporting children with special educational needs
  • Skilled in monitoring, evaluation, and driving improvements in teaching and learning
  • Committed to safeguarding, equality, and promoting high standards
  • Excellent communicator, team player, and highly organised
  • Motivated, resilient, and aligned with GLF Schools’ values and mission

About Lime Tree Primary 

Our School sits within a established cluster of schools, overseen by a Regional Director. Along with , our cluster includes the following other schools; Southgate Primary School, Forge Wood Primary School, Kilnwood Vale Primary School, Greenway Junior School, Salfords Primary School and  Merstham Primary School .
