Salary: £21,136.00 - £41,598.00 Pro Rata

We are seeking an experienced, talented and highly motivated individual to teach all levels of FE and HE in mainly Mechanical Engineering subject areas.

The ideal candidate should possess a suitable degree and have experience of teaching a range of Engineering related topics in a post-16 setting. CAM, CNC and MATLAB skills would be advantageous. A recognised teaching qualification is desirable.

Working as part of a team, you will develop and employ a variety of teaching, learning and assessment strategies, monitor learner progress and provide effective feedback throughout the academic year. Ensuring excellence in teaching and learning is a key priority for the College and you will be expected to make a full contribution to team meetings and have a positive impact on the overall quality of this subject area.

As a confident communicator, you need to be an enthusiastic and committed individual who can engage, inspire and challenge all learners to achieve their individual potential. You will have good organisational and problem solving skills and will be prepared to work flexibly.
