We are seeking to appoint highly organised, experienced individuals to join our very busy Learning Area Teams. Providing short term supervision of classes in the event of the absence (planned or unplanned) of the lecturer, you will ensure that pupils are engaged in pre-set work, managing behaviour and ensuring a safe environment for all.

Working closely with the Faculty Office, you will be responsible for registering and supervising a class of students, ensuring they are engaged in learning activity and understand what is required of them.

You will hold or be working towards a degree or level 4 qualification and have 5 GCSEs grade C or equivalent, including Maths and English.

Past experience of working with 14 – 19 year olds in an education setting, along with experience of arranging activities to engage young people and promote good behaviour is essential for this post.

You will need to be resourceful, flexible and proactive in your approach to work, ensuring you maintain sensitivity and professionalism in dealing with young people at all times.

In addition, you will need to demonstrate excellent knowledge of digital technology, remote delivery alongside excellent presentation skills.

Ideally you will possess Level 3 Welsh Language Skills in both Speaking & Listening.
