Location: Swansea

Salary: £14.61 - £26.73 Per Hour

We are looking to create a varied bank of experienced, qualified, highly committed and motivated individuals to deliver a number of subject areas (to the WJEC/Pearson specifications). Successful candidates should possess a relevant degree, have a thorough knowledge of their specialist subject field and ideally a recognised teaching qualification or be willing to work towards one.

Successful candidates will develop and employ a variety of learning strategies, including the use of ILT, to ensure excellence in teaching and learning and the achievement of course targets for retention and attainment.

As a confident communicator, with enthusiasm and an innovative approach, you will have the ability to motivate and inspire students to create a positive learning environment leading to an outstanding learner experience. Possessing excellent organisation and problem solving skills you will adopt a flexible approach to working patterns during the daytime and evening.

Hourly rate: £14.61 - £26.73 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience).

The purpose of the 'bank' will be to hold successful applications to be used on an ad-hoc basis.
