2 - Tycoch and Hill House Campus

Hours of work: 37 hours per week to be worked between the hours of 5am – 6.15pm Monday to Friday.

You will be required to be flexible with your working pattern to meet the needs of the department. The cleaners work on the following shift patterns; the role requires flexibility to cover these hours to support business needs:

• Tycoch, and Hill House site cleaning hours: 5:15am - 6:15pm

• Gorseinon and Jubliee Court cleaning hours: 6:00am – 6:00pm

Reporting to the Cleaning Manager you will supervise the cleaning staff to ensure a consistently high standard of cleanliness and be able to provide training, guidance and encouragement, whilst monitoring performance.

With previous experience of supervising staff, cleaning, allocating cleaning areas and monitoring of cleanliness you must have a good understanding of Health & Safety, including COSHH, practices.

With the ability to build good working relationships with people and able to prioritise the workload of others you must be well organised and able to work on your own initiative.

These roles require flexibility and the ability to work across all College sites when required.
