An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Assistant to join our Executive Support Team of Divisional Pas, supporting the College’s Executive Team. We are looking for a creative and dynamic individual who has significant previous experience of working as a Personal Assistant and is able to bring their knowledge, skills and experience to the team.
You will primarily support the Director of HR to efficiently and effectively fulfil their strategic responsibilities for a diverse portfolio, and therefore experience within a HR or Legal environment would be an advantage. You’ll help them prioritise and work efficiently by managing their diary and inbox, as well as preparing correspondence on their behalf.
The role will also include the responsibility for a portfolio of meetings - agenda setting, minute taking, and ensuring follow-on actions are carried out and tracked accordingly.
You will be highly organised, practical, reliable and efficient with a flexible approach to the role, working on your own initiative as well as working effectively as part of the wider Executive Support team to ensure a consistent service is provided to all the Executive Team.
You will need to have the drive and courage to solve problems. You will have the ability to respect confidentiality at all times. You will need excellent organisational and prioritisation skills and be diplomatic, with highly developed communication skills and the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders.
