Gower College Swansea is seeking an experienced Marketing and Admissions Manager to lead, develop and inspire an enthusiastic and talented marketing and admissions team.
To be successful in this role, you will need significant experience of leading a marketing communications team as well as an understanding of admissions processes.
You will develop and help shape the external narrative of Gower College Swansea, drawing on all areas of communications including branding, digital, press/PR and advertising.
Experienced in developing communications strategies and tactics, you will seek opportunities to positively engage with the College’s key audiences including prospective students and their parents/carers, adult/higher education learners, international, employers and staff.
You will be educated to degree level or equivalent, with a postgraduate diploma in marketing or a relevant subject. A management or leadership qualification would also be desirable.
