Gower College Swansea are looking for a confident, proactive and engaging individual to inspire clients to maximise their potential and contribute to the delivery of our highly successful suite of employability programmes.

You will have the chance to work closely with a wide range of internal and external partners to deliver the best possible outcomes for individuals entering or within employment, as well as for employers seeking to develop their workforce.

As a Recruitment and Employability Consultant you will have the unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients of all ages and backgrounds, supporting them in identifying and overcoming barriers to gaining, retaining and progressing within employment.

As a confident communicator, you will work closely with a range of referral organisations and staff across the college, and manage a caseload of clients seeking work or career progression opportunities.

The role will involve hybrid working, with the successful candidate having the opportunity to provide a combination of face-to-face and remote support in line with client demand.

Applications may be submitted in Welsh and will be treated no less favourably than applications submitted in English. Gower College Swansea recognises the importance of delivering its services in Welsh and recognises the need to grow its bilingual workforce. We therefore encourage applications from candidates who can demonstrate good Welsh Language skills.
