The role:
To provide a comprehensive administrative support service to the Faculty Office, based at Gorseinon, and to possibly support administration at our Llwyn Y Bryn campus one day per week. The successful candidate will have excellent people skills and enjoy working with young people.
- Part-time (20 hours per week)
- Term time (38 weeks per annum)
- 8.30am - 1pm Monday to Friday (can be discussed during interview)
- Fixed term until 31/08/26
- £11,257 - £11,496 per annum
- Primary location: Gorseinon campus

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing a comprehensive administrative support service to the Faculty Office
- Key accountability for consumable ordering, maintaining accurate records and administering credit card returns
- First point of contact for visitors, lecturers and students
About you:
- Previous experience of maintaining accurate administration systems
- Possess excellent IT skills
- With a minimum of 5 GCSEs Grade A-C (or equivalent) including Maths and English you will also possess a relevant level 2 qualification, ideally in Business Administration
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels
- Able to prioritise your workload and work to strict deadlines with a commitment to maintaining high quality standards
