The role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, talented and highly motivated individual to teach AS and A Level Chemistry. This is a superb opportunity for a first class applicant to join an established department and work in a College with an excellent reputation for A Level delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and employ a variety of teaching, learning and assessment strategies, monitor learner progress and provide effective feedback throughout the academic year
Contribute to team meetings and have a positive impact on the overall quality of this subject area
Ensure excellence in teaching and learning
About you:
Recent successful experience of teaching in a post-16 setting
Possess a Chemistry degree
Hold, or be willing to work towards, a recognised teaching qualification
Enthusiastic and committed individual who can engage, inspire and challenge all learners to achieve their individual potential
Good organisational and problem solving skills and will be prepared to work flexibly
The ability to contribute to the delivery of the Advanced Skills Baccalaureate Wales qualification and having experience of supporting learners through the UCAS application process would be advantageous.
