The HSE Manager will play a key role in embedding our core values- sustainability, resilience, and strategic alignment-into everyday operations. You will lead and support activities that ensure compliance, promote best practice, and foster a culture of continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance.

This is a unique opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a difference. You will contribute directly to the success of the College by nurturing a strong sense of wellbeing and enablement-empowering staff and students to perform at their best.

The role supports a forward-looking approach, proactively providing a viable presence across all campuses, helping shape the future of our students and the wider community. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, values collaboration, and is committed to embedding sustainability and safety into the heart of our operations.

The role:

  • Full Time (37 hours per week)
  • Permanent
  • £52,333 per annum
  • Across all campuses in Swansea
