The Role

To deliver high quality training and assessing to learners within the housing sector. Programmes may include Work Based Learning, CIH knowledge based Housing qualifications, NVQs, and bespoke programmes.

Full time (37 hours per week)

Fixed Term until 31/03/2027 (maternity cover)

£36,806 - £42,817 per annum

Jubilee Court Campus, Swansea

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver training and assessments across a range of courses ensuring schemes/records of work, assignment schedules, are appropriate to the syllabus content and awarding body standards.
  • Teach, assess and monitor learner progress, including the setting of targets, maintaining records of work and achievement.
  • Work with customers in industry to maintain and build relationships and to secure contracts with existing and new organisations.

About You

  • Level 3 qualification or equivalent in relevant sector
  • TAQA assessor award or willing to work towards
  • Commercial knowledge, experience and understanding of industry, including training needs
  • Experience and occupational competence to assess Level 1- 3 or equivalent
