About the Role:
As an Admissions Officer you will have the exciting opportunity to support applicants as they take their first steps towards their dream career, guiding them through the enquiry and application process, including:
• Providing advice on prospective courses, entry criteria and other related matters
• Processing applications for College and University courses, including arranging interviews and issuing offers
• Matching examination results against offers and confirming places
• Creating and maintaining applicant records
• Assisting with the coordination of Open Days and other recruitment events
About You:
We’re looking for someone eager to be part of a dynamic team working in a varied role that encompasses the whole range of courses that Hartpury offers, from A Levels and Diplomas to undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD programmes.
• Committed to providing a high level of customer service throughout the applicant journey
• Have an eye for detail to ensure that we are collecting and maintaining accurate data
• Experience of working in an administrative function
• IT proficient with experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
