About the Role

This is a key role in contributing to a professional and specialist advice and guidance service to support students with learning differences, disabilities, and medical and mental health conditions to enable them to access their studies successfully and encourage academic progress and student retention.


About You

We are looking for a highly organised individual to join our HE Achievement and Success Centre at Hartpury University. Must have proven and current experience of working with people with disabilities in an educational setting. You will have experience of working in a one to one or small group capacity with adults with a range of disabilities, ideally with a Mental Health Qualification or a Specific Learning Disability Qualification (SpLD) however, this is not essential. You will have the ability to work flexibly and under pressure with excellent communication and team skills. The successful candidate will possess a degree or equivalent qualification in an appropriate area.
