We are excited to be opening a brand-new Nursery at Westcott Primary School – and we are looking for a passionate and inspiring Achievement Support Assistant to help us bring it to life. This is a unique opportunity to be part of something from the very beginning. You’ll help shape a nurturing, inclusive environment where our youngest children can thrive. The role will include supporting children with SEND and SEMH needs, and forming strong, positive relationships with both children and families from day one.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine passion for early years and child development

• Brings warmth, patience, and creativity to their role

• Can work flexibly as part of a team, while also showing initiative

• Is committed to inclusive practice and supporting children with additional needs

• Understands the importance of consistent routines, communication, and play-based learning

In return, we offer:

• The opportunity to be part of a new and exciting nursery provision

• A supportive and welcoming school team

• A strong culture of professional development and wellbeing

• A school community rooted in restorative practice and inclusive values

• A role where you can make a real difference every single day

Visits to the school are warmly welcomed and encouraged. To arrange a visit, please contact Clare Barnett (Office Manager) via the school office. Applications can be downloaded from Eteach.
