We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our Student Support team within Heart of Worcestershire College based in our Cross Campus.

The purpose of the role is:

  • To work creatively and collaboratively with target schools within Worcestershire to support them to increase their awareness of the programme.
  • To deliver impartial information, advice and guidance to target schools and college learners, and their parents on the benefits of Higher Education.
  • To develop and deliver a range of activities to Years 9 – 13 and targeted adult learners to increase their awareness and benefits of Higher Education.
  • To ensure that all activities are effectively monitored and evaluated.

To be considered for this role you must have an Information, Advice & Guidance qualification (IAG) Level 4 (New Standards Level 6 National Careers Service) or equivalent or working towards; a learner-centred approach with a proven track record of excellent customer care and knowledge and understanding of Further and Higher Education opportunities and progression routes.
