We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our SEN team within Heart of Worcestershire College based in our Redditch Campus.
The purpose of the role is:
• To lead in the development of the College’s provision to achieve contractual
and academic growth and quality targets
• To contribute to the design and delivery of curriculum for learners with SEN and high needs which meet the needs of this cohort of learners.
• To support curriculum staff in the development of Teaching, Learning and
Assessment within the area.
To be considered for this role you must have First degree or equivalent professional qualification, have experience of pro-active curriculum development and innovative modes of delivery and have a recent and up-to-date experience in the SEND and / or High Needs area and understanding of current issues relating to this cohort e.g. policy, EHCPs, local authority.
