We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our Facilities team within Heart of Worcestershire College based in our Worcester Campus.

The purpose of the role is to:

To support the Facilities Operations Manager and Contracts Co-Ordinator in ensuring that all externally provided Mechanical and Electrical Planned and Preventative Maintenance services are in line with the contract specification and executed to the standards expected by the college.

To support the Contracts Co-ordinator in reporting mechanical and electrical works to the Mechanical and Electrical Planned and Preventative Contractor, and ensuring those works are completed.

To ensure accurate recording, allocation and monitoring of internal works, resources consumed and staff utilisation.

To be responsible for the day to day monitoring of the Buildings Management Systems across all college campuses.

To Monitor Energy usage across the sites and produce Monthly Reports to support the College in its drive to reduce its Carbon Footprint.

To manage the booking and compliance of college vehicles.

To be considered for this role you must have a Level 2 (at least) qualification in both Maths and English, or a willingness to gain; be well organised and resourceful in ensuring effective and timely completion of routine tasks, challenging deadlines and delivery of service and able to work on own initiative, as well as working in a team, across busy campuses.
