WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
To become an Hourly Paid Lecturer in Community Studies, we need someone who is knowledgeable, community-focused, and committed to inclusive teaching.
These positions are available for September 2025 start, with delivery sites located in and around Worcestershire.

- Mental Health
- English and Mathematics
- Digital and IT
- Cooking (Redditch only)
- Art classes (Redditch only)
The successful candidate will have the chance to acquire new skills and develop their abilities in a wide range of activities.
We have a variety of students from the surrounding area, we are a welcoming and inclusive community that champions diversity and equality across our college.

This position is centred cross campus, all applicants must be prepared to travel to our other campuses or surrounding areas as required.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- To find a more detailed list of your day-to-day responsibilities, please refer to the key roles and accountabilities section on our Job Description. In summary, as someone who has recent or current experience of teaching adult learners, you will support in many aspects. To name a few:
- To work within the Community team to proactively raise learner aspirations and improve achievements for all learners from their starting points.
- To conduct initial and diagnostic assessments of all learners to determine starting points and develop learning plans to enable them to make progress from their starting points.
- Provide feedback within the agreed timescale, ensuring feedback supports learners to improve.
