We currently have two fixed-term opportunities available!

These roles are contracted until 25 June 2026. One position is based at our Redditch Campus, and the other at our Worcester Campus.

To become a 121 Learning Support Assistant in our SEN department, we need someone who is compassionate, patient, and dedicated to supporting students with special educational needs—someone who can build positive relationships, adapt to individual learning styles, and contribute to an inclusive and nurturing learning environment. These roles are for 121 support with our learners.

The successful candidate will have the chance to acquire new skills and develop their abilities in a wide range of activities.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

To find a more detailed list of your day-to-day responsibilities, please refer to the key roles and accountabilities section on our Job Description. In summary, as someone who has a Level 2 (at least) qualification in both Maths and English, or a willingness to gain you will support in many aspects. To name a few:

You will assist students in the classroom with understanding the activities set by the tutor. As well as supporting with spelling, punctuation, and mathematics.

To provide (through one to one and/or group work interventions) high quality learning support that enables learners to engage and achieve identified goals to aid their progression.
