We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our Facilities team within Heart of Worcestershire College. This role will be primarily based in Redditch and Bromsgrove; however, the successful candidate will be required to work at other locations when needed.

The purpose of the role is:

• To provide a security presence to all College premises.

• To provide operational support to the Facilities team.

• To act as a deterrent in the prevention of thefts or undesirable behaviour.

• To promote best security measures and practice to both staff and students.

The post will involve, but not be limited to, ensuring the safety and well-being of staff and students is always maintained across College premises. You will be required to work at different Heart of Worcestershire sites as determined by operational need.

To be considered for this role you must hold a Current Security Industry Authority Licence at Security Guard level or above, be trained or be willing to train in regulatory approved methods of search and restraint and hold a full/clean licence to drive vehicles and has access to own vehicle on a daily basis for travel to and from place of work.
