We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our Solutions (Sales) team within Heart of Worcestershire College, based at Worcester/Bromsgrove/Redditch (Travel to employers’ premises in Worcestershire and surrounds, will also be required).
The purpose of the role is to promote and sell learning, skills and development services to employers, which meet the needs of their business; achieve individual and team sales targets that enables the College to deliver budgeted volumes and income levels; to develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential employers; to identify and respond to new employer leads in a timely and effective manner with the aim of maximising conversion to key accounts, recording all engagements in the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM); and to undertake regular Account Management of assigned Levy and Non Levy customers ensuring employers feel valued and productive long term relationships are being developed.
To be considered for this role you will hold a qualification and/or substantive experience relevant to the post, your diplomatic and persuasive skills will be of an exceptional quality and your attention to detail will be second to none. Whilst we welcome applicants with varied experience we would be particularly keen to hear from candidates with experience of the construction industry.
