Lecturer in Beauty Therapy

Are you looking for the opportunity to work for a college on its journey to outstanding? This is an opportunity for a Lecturer in Beauty Therapy to join the team and influence and shape Beauty therapy learners into developing the knowledge, skills, and behaviours they need to secure aspirational careers within the Beauty industry.

To be successful in this role we require you to:

  • Have experience of teaching Beauty Therapy across a range of levels
  • Hold industry experience relevant to the curriculum and help our learners build via strong relationships with employers.
  • Hold a minimum Level 3 vocational qualification in Beauty Therapy or relevant subject
  • Possess a PGCE/Certificate of education or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Track record of successful teaching experience across a range of levels including up to level 3
  • Hold Assessor and/or verifier Awards or equivalent
  • Recent industry related experience relevant to the academic discipline
  • Thrive on a challenge and have a desire to problem-solve
  • Take a confident and friendly approach and have pride in the work you do
